Booking Guidelines

Single Occupancy We reserve the right to levy a single occupancy surcharge of up to 50% of the applicable rate

Pets Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement and a £5.00 per night surcharge will apply. We regret that pets are not allowed in the lounge or dining room for hygiene reasons and they should not be left unattended in rooms if they are likely to cause damage or disturb other guests.

Deposits A deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay is required to secure any reservation unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. Deposits can be “saved up” by making a series of smaller payments prior to your stay.

Saturday Nights We do not normally accept bookings for Saturday night only except when a prior booking ends on Saturday morning and the room would otherwise be vacant.

Check-in The earliest check-in time is 2pm (14.00) except by prior arrangement. Guests intending to arrive after 7pm (19.00) should please notify us in advance.

Proof of Identity For the safety and security of all residents of and visitors to Blackpool, the Police have recommended and requested that Hotels obtain two forms of I.D. from Guests, one of which should confirm a home address. We would be grateful if all of our Guests could comply with this request.

Breakfast Breakfast is served in the dining room between 9 and 10 am daily. A later cooked breakfast may be available from 11am at weekends in The Bistro during the main season – check with Reception.

Evening Meals Please ask the person who checks you in about the arrangements for evening meal during your stay as they vary depending on day of the week and season.

Check-out The latest check-out time is 11am (11.00) except by prior arrangement however luggage may be left in Reception and cars may be left on the Car Park until later on the day of departure, subject to availability of storage/parking space.

Payment Payment must be made in full on arrival/check-in, preferably by credit or debit card. We accept cash but regret that we no longer accept cheques, other than for deposits or payment in full at least two weeks in advance of your arrival date.

Parking Free car-parking spaces are generally available at The Rossi but are not guaranteed. Please request a Parking Permit from Reception and ensure that it is clearly displayed inside the windscreen of your vehicle during your stay.

Remote controls etc Remote controls for TV’s etc and other items such as hair-dryers and irons are available at Reception against a small refundable security deposit or a credit or debit card imprint.
