When YOU Choose To Stay With US YOU Will Get:

	On Arrival, you get your room key and check your room BEFORE paying for your stay.
	One of the cleanest room available anywhere, we also respect your privacy, so we will only enter your room on your request, just let us know when you need something.
	All Rooms are en-suite, with Free View, tea & coffee making facilities. Double, Twin and Single rooms.
	Check out Time 11:00 a.m. - One of the latest checkout times anywhere in Blackpool, you can sleep in longer without rushing.
	One of the Best Full English Breakfasts in Blackpool . . . plus; fruit juice, cereals, toast & Tea/Fresh filter coffee) which means you won't feel hungry by mid morning. which is served between 9.00am to 10.00
	FREE WiFi which means you can use your laptop anywhere in the Hotel. The rare few Hotels that have Internet access charge as much as £15 per day and or do not have WiFi.
	Free Car Parking (on a first come first served basis) Many Hotels do not have car parking which means you will be paying up to £15 per day. The other Hotels that do have their own car park - many of them requireB you to park behind another guests car, requiring you to leave your keys with 'reception' so your car can be moved when necessary.
	One of one a few hotels which accept dogs - please note that to be considerate towards other guests we have a 5 dog limit at any one time, so you must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. Dogs are charged at £5 each (this is to cover the increased cleaning costs)

	YOU will be staying in a seafront hotel across the road from the beach, has stunning sea views and is close to Central Pier, Pleasure Beach and the Blackpool Tower.
	You will have your own front door key which means you can come and go as you please - 24 hours per day.
	Special dietary needs are catered for (subject to prior arrangement) so that you and your guests can all enjoy a hearty breakfast.
	We are a  hotel for Families, we have booster seats, Travel Cots, baby alarms, games , Wii etc
